COTTAGE CHEESE PACKS IN A FRYING PAN
COMPOSITION / INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese - 500 gr.
Wheat flour (3-4 tablespoons in cottage cheese, the rest for breading) - 6 table. spoons.
Sugar - 4 table. spoons.
Eggs - 1 pc.
Olive oil - 3 table. spoons.
COOKING
Knead the cottage cheese well with a fork or rub it through a sieve to break up the lumps, beat in the egg, add sugar. Mix well, now add flour. Mix thoroughly until you get a homogeneous mass. We take 1 table. l. with a slide of curd mass and hands dipped in water, roll a ball, flatten a little. Dip both sides in flour. Cheesecakes prepared for frying are conveniently laid out on a board. Fry the cheesecakes in a pan with the addition of olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar, if desired. Serve with your favorite jam, jam, condensed milk and, of course, sour cream. Bon appetit!
CHEESE PANKS WITH MANKA AND COTTAGE CHEESE FRIED IN A PAN
COMPOSITION / INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese - 200 gr.
Eggs - 1 pc.
Sugar - 2 table. spoons.
Semolina - 4 table. spoons.
Flour - 100 gr.
Baking soda - 1 gr.
Olive oil - 30 gr.
COOKING
Break an egg into a bowl for making cheesecakes and add cottage cheese. Add some sugar to the curd mass. You can adjust the sweetness to your liking. Then add soda and semolina. Mix the whole mass well. The dough for cheesecakes will become quite dense. Sprinkle some flour on a small plate for rolling. Pour cold water into a mug. Take a little curd dough with a wet spoon and put it in flour. Then roll in flour with your hands and form cheesecakes. Pour a little olive oil into a hot pan and lay out the cheesecakes. Fry them for 2-3 minutes on one side. Then another 2-3 minutes on the other side. Put the finished cheesecakes on paper towels to remove excess oil from them. Prepare sour cream, jam or condensed milk for cheesecakes. Have a nice meal!
CHEESE PIE WITH RAISINS
COMPOSITION / INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese - 500 gr.
Sugar - 2 table. spoons
Salt - 1 gr.
Wheat flour - 4 table. spoons.
Semolina - 1 table. spoon.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Vanillin - 0.1 gr.
Raisins - 100 gr.
Olive oil - 30 gr.
COOKING METHOD
Cooking time: 30 min
Rinse the raisins well and cover with water. Add 2 tbsp flour, semolina, eggs, sugar, vanillin and a little salt to the cottage cheese. Mix everything well. Dry the raisins a little and add to the curd mass, mix. Let the mass lie down for 30 minutes so that the semolina swells. Fry cheesecakes in a hot frying pan, previously rolled in flour. Cheesecakes can be served with sour cream or jam. Bon appetit!
